What ain't a country I ever heard of

Something's really going fucking wrong in this country...

Okay, maybe saturated hydrogenium chlorid acid is not a perfect toy for kids. But keep telling me that it isn't allowed to be sold publicly is just bullshit, even when referring to some fictious toxic ordinances or terrorism... So I got to Conrad in Frankfurt to get something for etching my boards and the same day I discovered a bottle of hydrogenium chlorid acid in a drug store.

Okay, maybe a well-known politician like Stoiber wants to be secured during his election campaign support tour. Okay, too, that his event isn't made public - though there have been invitations online and ads around. But arresting us just for being interested in what he says is just... I don't even know a matching word. It's kind of sad to see where CDU is heading to. Fuck CDU! Fuck police!

Okay, maybe a public information booth is not the best place for demanding a statement on the arrest topic. But telling me there had not been any arrests is just... fucking bunch of cowards! Prepare for a quite nice public complaint.

Okay, maybe ASUS has had some trouble with producing enough EeePC notebooks. But after waiting several months now, it's enough. They delayed the release date for Germany a couple of times to ensure a wide-spread introduction on January 24th at 5 p.m... and then what? Only 5000 pieces all over Germany and sold out everywhere at 4 p.m.? And even amazon did not get enough of 'em.

Just go on... you made my day.

Reactivate

Dude, this stuff still exists and I totally forgot about it. Now to sum up what has happened recently...

I moved from Münster (Northrine-Westfalia) to Brunswick (Lower Saxony) in ending 2004, jobbed a little, successfully managed school for economics and computer science from 2005 to 2007, moved again (to Gießen, Hessia this time) and started studying electronics at college FH Friedberg.

Now, I'm living here with my girlfriend Lin (yes, I'm still with her - it looks like marrying soon). As my recent notebook has seized working I got a Thinkpad T40 this week from ebay.

I got over this journal by googling for my project files (which are stored on my old notebook's disk) as I'm still interested in continuing work on it. So, I might find myself working on a final version of rubydev next time. By the way: Thanks to Paul who mentioned interest on a project like this. Maybe we can find a way in really working together on such a project.

So, now, what will this journal be all about. Since my privacy might not be of interest, I think, I'm gonna use it for updating project information and maybe some college stuff.

Stay tune for more.

(no subject)
